Payment terms:
- Discounts: Available to the buyer and are based on which Type benefits the customer the most:
- Quantities
- Promotions or Packaged Deals
- Customer Loyalty and Retention
- VAT: All prices quoted and supplied are Exclusive of VAT
- Drilling: All prices quoted exclude Drilling. Pricing available at Valvetech Drilling Table
- Delivery: Orders must be collected from our warehouse. Valvetech currently does not deliver
- Exchange Variation: Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to the fluctuating Rand/Dollar exchange rate
- Availability: Stock items are subject to change prior to sale. Non-stock items to be confirmed at time of order
Warranty:
If a product is found to be defective due to materials or workmanship, Valvetech will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective Product free of charge. Valvetech reserves the right to choose whether to repair or replace the Product, depending on the nature of the defect and the availability of replacement parts
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, negligence, accident, or any other unauthorized modification or alteration of the Product
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to gaskets, seals, and valve seats
- Products that have not been installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with Industry Standards
- Products that have been subjected to corrosive or abrasive substances not within the Product’s specifications
- Products that have been used in applications for which they were not designed or intended
- Products that have been tampered with or repaired by unauthorized personnel
